Times Of Lore problem

Hello everyone!
I have been playing TOL with my Amiga 500 ( ks. 1.3, ECS
Agnus, 1 Mb Ram.)
I downloaded the game in Adf- format from Planetemu.net and made a real floppy.
The game seems to load and work ok, but soon
it becomes unplayable when I have been saved the game once (does that automatically when entering some tavern and asked for lodging), because having killed some enemies, all the serfs etc start attacking my character and he is ignored by everyone. This is strange because I have attacked only enemies who attack me. 😮
I thought this could be a problem with my extra 512 kb Ram because the game is so old... (?!?)
I'm quite disappointed because I like the game in general.
Please help me if you can !

This may be some smart copy protection, try different crack if it's possible.

You should download this game from the EAB File Server where all the latest TOSEC files are under:

/Commodore_Amiga/TOSEC [2016-01-03]

PlanetEmu's collection is sooooo out of date

I'm not 100 % sure yet, but after removing my trapdoor Ram expansion and starting a new game, the problem seems to be gone... (?!).. Btw, is the game actually copy protected at all ?
