What emulator-frontend?
I'm thinking of building a dedicated machine for emulating games. (Amiga, snes, mame anf so on). However it would be nice if it was hassle-free and easy to use. And so I have been looking to get a front-end. The maximus arcade-frontend seems very nice (http://www.maximusarcade.com/index.htm), however it doesn't seem to have the neat features of for instance lemon amiga, where all the games are set up with a working config, lemom amiga however hasen't got as nice an interface, and is just for amiga.
So Im looking for solutions/tips on other frontends/general advice. Any help is very welcome. AtW |

Maybe some of the Frontends mentioned in this thread will do most of what you want?

Thanks for the tips guys, I'm looking into some frontends now. But it seems none of them has that neat feture of lemon-amiga that has configurations for "all" the games, and also selcts the "right" adf-files. But then it occured to me that it might be possible to send WinUAE just the name of the config-file with a command-line. So to sum up, is there a way to export all the configs lemon-amiga creates to a folder? (so I can use these configs from the front-end)

Try Gamebase Amiga, it's superior to Lemon Amiga. All games are preconfigured and ready to play. Even WHLoad games are supported.

You could go crackers with this:
3D arcade You Tube [ Show youtube player ] [ Show youtube player ] Maybe a bit OTT? I've seen setup's with rooms full of retro-computers & consoles too, not just arcade cabs. |

Ok, thanks for the tip. But I'm still looking for a "clean" frontend that can be navigated without keyboard and mouse, and on a TV. So do you know if its possible to export the config-files in Gamebase Amiga? AtW |
