3D Games that take advantage of a faster cpu!

Hi all!

It would appear that there are a few Amiga 3D games that do not take advantage of a faster cpu, especially the older plain polygon games.
Some seem to have a capped framerate, for example the games Hunter and Stunt Car Racer do not appear to run any faster on my A1200 030/50 then they do on a stock A500 7mhz cpu.

I would like to start a list showing the 3D games that do run at faster framerates with a faster cpu, and the ones that don't.
If anyone could make some suggestions or corrections i will add them to the lists, i will start with a few examples and go from there.

3D games that benefit from a faster cpu-

4D Sports Driving
Alien Breed 3D
Alien Breed 3D II
Birds of Prey
Breathless
Descent
Doom
Doom 2
F18A Interceptor
F1GP(patched)
F1 Racer
Falcon
Frontier: Elite II
Genetic Species
Gloom
Gloom Deluxe
Gloom Special Edition 97
Guardian
Gunship 2000
Heretic
Hexen
Indianapolis 500
Jet Pilot
Nemac IV
Quake
TFX
Tornado
Virtual Karting
Virtual Karting II
Wing Commander
Wolfenstein 3D
Xtreme Racing
Zeewolf
Zeewolf II

3D games that don't benefit from a faster cpu-

Epic ??
Fighter Bomber ??
Citadel ??
F1GP(unpatched)
Hunter
Stunt Car Racer ??
Subwar 2050 ??

I'd like to hear what are people experience with Cytadel on real HW. It seems to me that it has some max frame rate that is not that high which can not be broken no matter how fast cpu is.

It would be nice to have a compiled list of games in which i will try do once more suggestions come through.
And to concentrate on just 3D games, i think it would be handy to have an easy to read list.

Edit- Anyone know if these games benefit from a faster cpu? - Armour-Geddon, Armour-Geddon II, Battlehawks 1942, Epic, Midwinter, Robocop 3, Starglider, Starglider II, Thunderhawk AH-73M and any freescape based games?
I am not with my Amiga at the moment so can't test, but once i can i will test more games myself.

Subwar 2050 was a nice and somewhat slow game.
HOL lists some more 3D games.

#1) tested whdload version of Subwar 2050 - with and without jit/approximate a1200 speed in winuae.
does not much differ speedwise. someone else may confirm this, not 100% sure here.

ingame you can change level of detail -low med high- so it may benefit from faster machines.

Thanks guys, i added them to the lists.

I would be interested to see what some of the older plain polygon and vector graphic games run like on faster cpu's as well, the ones from the A500 days.

Obviously most of the newer aga games like Doom etc will benefit from a faster cpu, but some of the older A500 3D games do not seem to benefit from a faster cpu.
