They caught me. Browsing in Windows 3.1 is not too slow without flash, java and of course in 640x480 with 256 colors.

Could be on aos4 on power, which i understand can be quite pleasant for browsing.

In this day and age, Win98 should be slagged. If you connect to the internet with it, prepare for and prepare to deserve what you get.
I refuse to believe that's not people in VMWare sessions set up for gaming, though. Flat out refuse. |
