Scanning software for Epson GT-7000

Hello.
I just bought Epson GT-7000 SCSI scanner and as far as I know it should be Amiga compatible. I'm asking what would be the best scanning software and drivers for it. I read somewhere that ImageFX 3.0 supports this scanner but I don't know about the drivers and where to find the software and how to configure it all. So if anyone has any experience with this scanner and software, I'm asking you to help me

Avoid using ImageFX as the Epson driver included is quite poor.

Yep, probably better to use FXScan combined with ScanQuix, or BetaScan (plus an image processing package for best results). IIRC FXScan can alternatively be used with just the BetaScan Epson driver installed.

My favourite is ScanQuix.

I also have the old GT-Scan which works with ADPro and other old programs, if you want.

Thank you all for your answers. I couldn't figure out ImageFX, but I got the scanner working at least in BetaScan, I still have to try ScanQuix.
And idrougge, if you can upload GT-Scan to the zone, I would appreciate it. Thanks

I got two SCSI scanners recently and I was also looking for a Amiga software just like you. BetaScan supported both of them (UMAX and Scantek) so I recommend this one. I am going to test also USB scanners soon via usbscanner.device.
