A build of Road Avenger 1.3 is up (hopefully final!)
* Frames have been post processed to clean up image artifacts * Bug fix with Road Avenger AGA - Death animations now play in "Watch all Scenes" mode * Minor fix to both versions in regards to crash handling AGA HDD Edition OCS HDD Edition OCS and CD32 CD Edition AGA CD Edition (not for CD32, 4x speed CD drive required) As previously, the only way to play the AGA version of the game on a CD32 is to put it on a hard drive. If there's no issues with this reported in the next couple of days, I'll post both this and the latest TimeGal to the ReImagine site. (I haven't yet given either version a thorough playthrough, I'll try to do so in the next couple of days) |

For emulation users; I've now created a bare-bones .HDF of v1.3
Download the file "Road Avenger AGA 1.3 HDF.rar" from the EAB File Server under the directory "~Uploads/DamienD/HDFs". @earok; the size of the AGA version extracted is about 590MB, so I updated the details in the "ReadMe" from 650MB --> 600MB. |

Thanks guys! I appreciate the quick turnaround on the HDFs and Videos
@Damien cheers, I've updated the readme at my side so if there's any further updates (hopefully not though!), they'll have the correct size requirement. |

Hi, I tried the OCS and CD32 CD Edition of Road Avengers on my CD32 and it just boots to an empty Workbench screen.
I have NTSC CD32 that I can boot to PAL, but it's not working in both setups. Do I need RAM expansion for it to work? Any ideas? I posted in Time Gal forum section too. Does not work on A1200 030 50MHZ w/CDROM 64MB RAM PAL and NTSC when double clicked on icon, just quits, but works fine in Amiga Forever CD32 emulation. Experimental NTSC CD32 build of Road Avenger (1.3A). No changes to the actual game, just TUDE has been added to the startup sequence to force PAL mode regardless of which Amiga is actually used.
Seems to work in WinUAE - please let me know if it works on real NTSC CD32, and if so I'll go right ahead and apply the same fix to TimeGal. https://mega.nz/#!A3xV1KaZ!o-7SKq__I...yeIh_lAwWPFlpw |

Thanks for the test! I'll kick off a build of TimeGal with CD32 NTSC support later today.

Hi guys! I need some help regarding Road Avenger emulation on WinUAE. I can get the normal games started.
I downloaded the game, the RoadAvenger1.3A-OCS-CD32-ISO.iso version works fine for me, however I tried the RoadAvenger1.3-AGA-ISO.iso version, and it doesn't work well. This is because it requires 4x disc player support as specified. There is also the RoadAvenger1.3-AGA.lha version for HDDs but I didn't understand how to make it work ... So how can I start this game? Is there a way to virtual install in x4 disk drive on WinUAE? Or how do I install everything on HDD? I start each game from the Quick Start. Is there a way to make the AGA version game work from there? Thanks so much! |

Welcome to EAB I created bare-bones .HDFs for the latest AGA versions of both "Road Avenger" & "Time Girl". Take a look on the Amiga File Server under this directory: ~Uploads/DamienD/HDFs Extract the .HDF from the archive using WinRAR 5.50+, then just use a QuickStart "A1200 - 4MB Fast RAM expanded configuration" and add in the .HDF. Google Drive seems to be having issues syncing with the FTP these days; so there is content missing unfortunately.
Ok, since I now have a super fast internet connection... I've temporarily uploaded to Mega.nz. Road Avenger: https://mega.nz/file/ZvA1nIoS#0GykNQ...MjunwLOveEVPV4Please let me know once you've downloaded and I'll delete; as I'm running out of storage space... |

I downloaded the file twice, but I always get the message when I select the game file: The selected floppy disk image is damaged or unformatted.

These games are away too big to fit on floppy disk...
As mentioned it's a .HDF (Hard Drive File) so the game has been installed to a virtual hard disk. Set up like follows: |

Ok, unfortunately I have no idea how to do it ..... this is the first time I use this program and as long as I only use the QuickStart option I had no problems.
Can you help me step by step to create a disc and put the game there? Or do you know a simple guide? At least I'm starting to learn how to use the program. Thanks so much! |
