Is this still an ongoing project?
I have many back issues of Amiga World and Amazing Amiga and I sent an e-mail to one of the AMR team a few days ago, but have received no response.
I'm ready to do scans but no one has told me which issues/pages are still needed. |

Sure there's interest, but AMR is reall inactive these days. Might take a while for your contributions to added.

Sorry, no idea where this is supposed to be send to. You can upload it to the HOL FTP for now : http://hol.abime.net/hol_faq.php?section=contributions
I will make sure the AMR guys get them once there is someone processing the scans again. Otherwise just wait a few days for Codetapper or some other AMR member to reply. |

Like I said, it's only to give you a place to 'park' your stuff. We already have quite a bit of stuff for AMR on the HOL FTP that needs to be processed, so I'd say some more won't hurt either

OK, I went to the FTP site, entered the name and password, and then an empty box appeared. I tried to drag the files into the box (I'm using Mac OS 10.6) but that didn't work. Am I supposed to use some command-line argument? |

You need a FTP client to upload files. I don't have a Mac, but you could give http://cyberduck.ch/ a try

Slight hijack sorry. Does the file server have all the coverdisks AMR has? I have coverdisks + coverdisk pictures not on AMR (not many) but I would rather they went on the file server first so people can actually grab them. Then someone else can sort them out for AMR later as its not really updated enough. Also are the Amiga Format subscribers disks on AMR? I can't seem to find those ones.

Nope. Only for the two coverdisk hunts I checked AMR, so it's not guranteed that they are all on the file server.

I would love to get ahold of Amiga Computing coverdisk 7 (December 1989) .. seems like they have nearly all the others on there apart from that specific one I want. Gah.
Is there another archive of all these coverdisks somewhere? |

I have Amiga Computing Coverdisk dated December 1989, but it's Coverdisk 5. Also, I have Amiga Computing Coverdisk 7, but it's dated May 1990. So which one do you want? |
