as far as i'm aware. certainly not deceased.
the contribution ftp has been offline for a few weeks. it will be back online very very shortly in a much larger capacity. |

Yeah I think there must be a backlog of emails, I'm missing some released images too. Submitted a message to the ticketing system several months ago and only received the auto reply.
