Bought a window hinge. Didn't realise how heavy that window was till it was unscrewed from the frame!

AudioSonic small CRT TV set, I presume ? It happens I have one too (a 10'' set fitted with RGB Scart at the back, got rid of the remote though, contacts for the batteries were rusty)! Picture from the PS1 looks fine on it, a bit shaky maybe.
Bought a 73.5 GB SCSI Maxtor hard drive "IV series" to replace a failing (from SMART readings, no mechanical issue as of yet) 36 GB "III Series" unit. It's dedicated to running Windows 10, so the system partition encompasses the whole drive. The 36 GB Maxtor unit was noisy and rather slow for a 10K rpm drive, x64 1809 version of Windows 10 is now defo happier, a much smoother experience overall.

the TV is Roadstar, but the rest is probably identical. Unfortunately the tube is beyond its best years so the picture is a bit deformed and waves ere crawling across it, but still the pure retro feeling. And I have bought remote for it on ebay

Since all the controls are up front and very accessible, I considered I didn't need a remote for my AudioSonic. The one I got before that, who incidentally went up in smoke (probably due to storage in a damp area, man... it took days before that acrid smell vanished !), was a Saba ~ Continental Edison 25M803. I kept the remote as a souvenir :

Mine is a 64K already... (it is a 64 I mean!) - have you pondered upon getting a 63E09? (I think that is the doubleclocked Hitachi one?)

I have 2 x 63C09EPs which I think are the correct type but never tried them.

My D32 is a MKII motherboard which requires a fair bit of chopping but I think it's doable. If it works I want look at DragonDOS/OS-9 etc.

Would love to hear more about your adventures there.
I also have a Thomson TO8D (yep, 6809) and I have been contemplating buying the 6809 hack for the Atari 8-bits...

OnTopic: Just recently got a Tivoo, and a beanie hat with bluetooth headphones integrated (keeps me warm _and_ entertained).

Today I booked a trip to the North Pole. That has always been my dream since childhood to visit the North Pole and explore the surrounding areas there. Actually the beginning of 2021 is not the best time for that due to pandemic but can't put the trip off any more

ArcadeForge UMSA Ultimate Scart Adapter!

I made my own make-shift VGA to SCART cable but wanted a neater solution and decided to just go and buy this rather than spend more time making a substandard product lol. The other option was to make my own PCB but I would have ended up spending the same amount.

That's the one I use since July 2020, downside is it must be plugged to the mains. Alleged benefits :

Composite Video Sync Generatin [Note : generated I assume] by logic. Thus a wider range of graphic cards and TV are supported. This results in more stable signal as well.
Did you get yours with acrylic glass cover ?
