Question CD32 CDAudio

Hi, I know it's a subject that has already been discussed, but I'm not sure and I'd like to know if there's something new.
I have a TF330 extension on my CD32 ...... It is assumed that the CD32 CD-ROM drive is the cd.device unit 0
So, why does not CDAudio work in CDAmiga games (BubbleHeroes, T-zero, Land of Genesis ...) when you specify this unit? However, there are programs that play CDAudio without any problem, (CD-TOP, Megacdplayer, DCPlayer). A greeting.

Most likely difference is how CD audio is played: using CD audio IO commands (CD_PLAYTRACK and friends) or using SCSI CD audio commands via HD_SCSICMD. CD32 (and CDTV) only support IO commands (both have drive that uses non-standard commands). On the other hand, many SCSI/ATAPI HD/CD controllers don't support CD audio IO commands but do support SCSI direct. (and many ancient ones support neither)

Perhaps there is wrapper driver that converts between commands types?
