I would recommend
CoreFTP Lite Edition 2.2, that is free and should do the job.
But wouldn't accessing the
EAB File Server by the browser interface give you the same problem you experienced earlier?
Anyhow, I'll upload it to the
EAB File Server for you shortly.
Edit: Hey, you're right. The archive is corrupt! It seems to be truncated to 4,229,355 bytes.
