WTB a Japanese SCART to European SCART converter...
I recenlty got an xrgb-3, but it's SCART input is for the Japanese scart cable , that has different wiring than the EU one... and because I don't want to actually hack the xrgb-3, I have read that there are some cable converters... anyone seen them? eBay gives me no results...

Hmm, this is a pretty easy adapter to build, unfortunately I've never seen one for sale in japan. If you find something in auctions.yahoo.co.jp I can help you get it though.

@keropi,
Why don't you modify an existing scart cable to the wiring spec you have above. You would then have to install the cable only in the right direction to carry out the signal crossovers. TC

even easier if you can pull the pins out as be no soldering

What the blinking heck were the Japs thinking of? Peritel/SCART is supposed to be a standard - numpties.
