Mark wanted to do Juno First which is a 6809 game. Rolling Thunder isn't that a tad ambitious?

The biggest hurdle for those games is lack of commented disassembly. It means that I have to do the reverse myself, then code the game. I mean I already did that for Karate Champ, Pengo, & Bagman games, but that's taxing. And going the "remake everything from scratch in Scorpion or asm" route doesn't cut it for me.

It is a lot, like Shinobi and Sunset Riders. Too much work :-/

Yes, remaking a 16 bit game from scratch by hand/eye, especially in Scorpion, is a task only a lunatic should endeavour!

An absolute asset to the community you are jotd, keep them rolling, whenever and however you can.

Maybe Pole Position 1 and 2 can be ported? Or heck, even Q-Bert!

Someone remade Pole Position for Atari. He probably reversed it (68000 code isn't what interests me as it is probably clogged with a lot of specific ST shit) but original disassembly with labels/comments would be invaluable.

If someone gets his hands on arcade disassemblies I'd like to hear about it! PM me if you find some gems that I could exploit.

Anyway, perhaps needs 3 (good) fire buttons. From my memory for Amiga exist clone of this game
If the scrolling is automatic, maybe the three buttons can be replaced by joystick right, up, left.

Yep and he is willing to share its code with someone serious about doing an Amiga port.

DK is big classic and a great addition to Amiga! Another great simple and very cool game is Elevator Action - would love to see 1 to 1 port from arcade to Amiga.

I dont know, how looks original Bank Panic cabinet. If it has 3 fire buttons or jostick and 1 fire button, was enough for handle triway shooting.

In Poland most cabinet was not original. I was very suprised, when I see first time rotating joystick in Poland. Seems that many SNK arcade games originally used this rotating joystick, like Ikari Warriors, Guerilla War, Gondomania etc. In Poland you can shoot only in top direction

It already looks very nice ...Congratulations ... but the gameplay seems not to be easy... I never played with the arcade version.

Many Thanks for Your Time and Your Works.

In italy i did see only Crazy kong 1 and 2 (the better color version) so i miss the Crazy Climber sound effects that were used on it - if you are using samples for the effects could be that an option?

A full re-port from the coin-op might be, but since the source of the Amiga version is available perhaps it would be easier to just improve the frame rate of that and add the missing sprite colours.

I know but some bugs were introduced that weren't in the original, also the sprite colours were not fixed.
