God I love this game. You stand still, you will die. Keep moving like a ninja. And shoot nukes like a ninja. There's a nuke in a secret in the very first room you start in, now that's my kind of game.

Looks goos. Shadow warrior is very nice game. There is plenty of games wich are based to build engine, like Shadow warrior is.

Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition
Redneck Rampage
Redneck Rampage: Rides Again
Duke Nukem 64

Blood is going to be quite difficult, because it's written in C++ and it hacks the Build engine in various ways. Not impossible, but it's going to take much more time. The next game will probably be the PC-version of PowerSlave/Exhumed, which is a hidden gem IMO.
About the 68040 testing, the first results are in, and they are not very good. Shadow Warrior will probably be 68060 only for the time being. The Mac version was probably PPC-only for a reason.

I used to have Apollo 68040 40mhz accelerator. Practical performance is about 66% of 68060 50mhz, if compared with Doom and Quake frame rates.
