New boxes, badges and more for your Amiga!
Hello good people of EAB!
Who doesn't want their precious Amiga or other Commodore machine to have a nice comfortable "house" when not in use? I would like to present to you the re-produced boxes, badges, decals and more from Plakativ Druck & Schrift. We utilize a fully equipped shop especially for this and more and more products are added continously for the community! To better spread the word and let more enthusiasts enjoy these products i now come to you here on EAB. The quality of these products are better or equal to new original ones! Every box has a "remake by plakativ-druck.ch" print on them to not be passable as originals! Every box comes with cardboard inlays to secure the hardware within the box. Boxes are laminated double-cardboard and very strong (tougher than original) Pictures attached show some of the boxes available, but there is alot more available! Visit www.plakativ-druck.ch/shop to see it all and order directly from the webshop with shipping calculator. Contact sales@plakativ-druck.ch if you have any particular questions or perhaps a special request? Or by all means, post a reply in this thread and i'll help in every way i can! Cheers!! |

I've bought and assisted in the making of reproduction boxes for retro computers (not Commodore because the artwork and logo are still under copyright and are illegal) and factoring in the NRE they cost about £28 to make. If you want to make a profit, £50 doesn't sound too unreasonable.
However do they include reproduction polystyrene inserts? Other platforms (Atari for example), the reproduction boxes include inserts made from foam, cut with a hot wire and glued into shape. Without the inserts they are not much use. Good luck. Hope you don't draw too much attention from the copyright holders Last edited by alexh; 02 July 2020 at 01:00. |

I wouldn't even pay those sort of prices for original boxes let alone reprodutction ones. They look very nice though for people who are willing

I got 3 boxes. It is very unreasonable to spend so much money on cardboard (-boxes without any content) , but at least the quality of the goods is very good. Cardboard is also included as an inlay.

Firstly, great reproductions! From the images , they appear to be perfect replicas!
Secondly, just wondering if anyone has bought these particular boxes to give personal pics and reviews of the boxes please. |
