[WANTED] CD 1200 Trackball for CDTV

I'm searching for a CD 1200 Trackball.

Good luck, I think they are quite rare. I bought mine broken from the US and repaired it myself. The best part is you can connect it to the CDTV with an S-Video cable - then you don't need to use batteries anymore and the joystick ports and more responsive

Still havent modded the joystick ports to my cdtv.

I won an unbranded Amiga trackball recently from eBay for a minimum bid, but when it arrived the roller supports had been smashed apart by the ball (about the size and mass of a billiard ball! ) in transit.

Fortunately, the spare microswitches it yielded were worth what I paid for it.

Necro bump! Can some confirm that a S-Video cable can indeed be used with the CD 1200 trackball controller?

Checking the manual from here: https://ia801707.us.archive.org/29/i..._Commodore.pdf it looks very much like a s-video port, check page 7, but i can not guarantee this ..

I've been looking for one for a long time but they only appear for crazy money these days (there are two on eBay now for 2x the price of a CDTV
