Opus Magellan 2

Does anyone have this or know where I can download it. I am trying to unscrew my icon mess, and Opus 5.5 isn't helping as it doesn't support New/Glowicons so when I tell it to give something an icon or try and view one I just get a black dot.

$129? Who the hell are they kidding.

Does anyone have any program that can generate icons for iconless folders and also easily manage .info files?

Check out DefIcons. If that doesn't quite do the job, then there's quite a few icon replacement/generation programs on Aminet (e.g. Associate 1.6, MrIcon, IRT etc.).

Use CopyIcon and a few shell commands:

Quote:
list <directory_in_question> >T:tempbatchscript DIRS LFORMAT "copyicon envarc:sys/def_drawer.info %P%N"
execute T:tempbatchscript
delete T:tempbatchscript
replace <directory_in_question> with the directory that contains all the dirs you want to manipulate.

Note that I'm not at my Amiga right now, so there might be some syntax error in there. This is how it should work:

The list command lists all directories in the given path to a temporary file. Due to the LFORMAT option, the temporary file will look somewhat like this:

Quote:
copyicon envarc:sys/def_drawer.info enverexhd:games/rotr/
copyicon envarc:sys/def_drawer.info enverexhd:games/elite/
[...]
This is a batch script that can be executed with hm.. execute

I'm not sure about CopyIcon's syntax, check the program's documentation and change the above LIST command accordingly.

It's ok now anyway as I managed to get the other Opuses to work properly.
