WinUAE crashes when I want to add a hard drive (WinUAE 4.9.1 64 bit / Windows 10 21H2
As the title says, WinUAE Crashes when I want to add a hard drive via the "Add Hard Drive" button.
I start WinUAE as Administrator, and it seems everything else seems to work, but as soon as I want to add a hard drive, WinUAE crashes with a minidump. I was successful once after installing WinUAE, but after that, I couldn't do it anymore. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't solve the problem. I also tried older versions to no avail. Disconnecting all external drives from my machine also didn't help. I use Windows 10 Version 21H2 The MiniDump is attached. I'm trying to install a 1GB CF-Card for my newly acquired Amiga 1200 which didn't come with a Workbench Install disk (WB3.0 / Kickstart V3.0 Rev 39.106) |

Hello,
And with 32bits version of WinUae ? Same effect ? Do you use a geofile for your drive ? |

Assuming 32-bit version also crashes: does https://www.winuae.net/files/b/winuae.7z also crash? (but don't use it for anything else, it is too alpha)
If it does not (and previous official 32-bit did), attach winuaebootlog.txt. According to dump file, it looks like windows thinks drive has dozens of partitions which makes no sense.. |
