PFS3 - paritions became "not initialized"!

Hi,
I wanted to play with my Amy today but it refused to boot... so I connected hard-disk to another Miggy and it turned out all my partitions still exist on HDD, but they are "not initialized"! HDToolbox sees them correctly - their sizes, positions etc. RDB recovery tools - report the same, correct configuration. All seems to be in place but... unreadable.

I also checked the partition dump in HEX editor - header is OK (PFS), I can even see my files inside.

Any ideas?
I'm attaching that dump with first partition on disk - maybe it will help somehow.

Please also dump the partition table. I need the geometry of the partition.

Edit: apparently many bytes in your root block have been overwritten by 03. The screenshot shows the root block of my own Workbench partition and below your root block.

Seems like your Amiga had a serious memory problem when it updated this partition the last time. Maybe some program went amok and wrote 03 bytes all over the memory.

Edit2: the good news is that PFSDoctor can repair it. (The original one from http://aminet.net/package/disk/misc/PFS3_53)

Working on that. First I tried with two (the smallest ones) system partitions - files came back but PFSDoctor crashes randomly with GURU during the operation so I'm not sure if all is OK there. Anyway, now the biggest one, 20GB partition is in progress and... for now, after few hours of fixing all seems to be fine. It did not crash at least.

Will come back with the status later. Thanks for help!

After 4 hours PFSDoctor stuck on one WHDLoad game and constantly tried to fix its files. I did a reset and now will try again with HUGE stack.

I managed to fully restore one system parition, yay! Second one - so so. It has no errors however some files are missing, like icons.

The biggest one parition, with my games and scene - PFSDoctor keeps locking on some files or trash entries like this:
