Catweasel IV Plus and Winuae configuration problem

Do you guys know if there are good documentation available for configuring Catweasel IV Plus with WinUAE? Searching this forum discovered something but nothing really useful. Installing this card is a bit challenging but I need it for many purposes and reading and writing amiga disks is one of them.

Catweasel is installed on Windows XP with drivers on the CD. I haven't tried imagetool yet because my original point was use CW as df0 or df1 but it seems that df0 is unsupported due of driver support. I tried following instructions. Io.bat didn't returned nothing. How to continue from this point?

Code:
Windows 2000 or Windows XP
--------------------------

download and unpack this

doubleclick io.bat

You should see following output:
(MEM, IO and IRQ are system-specific)

Name: PCI Simple Communications Controller
Device has the following resources reserved:
 MEM : e9001000-e9001fff
 IO  : 9000-90ff
 IRQ : 11

add "catweasel_io=0x????" to the end of WinUAE configuration
file and replace ???? with first number of IO-line (9000 in this case)

<clip>
input.4.mouse.1.button.0=JOY1_FIRE_BUTTON.0
input.4.mouse.1.button.1=JOY1_2ND_BUTTON.0
input.4.mouse.1.button.2=JOY1_3RD_BUTTON.0
catweasel_io=0x9000
<end clip>

WARNING: PCI IO may change if you add, remove or move your
PCI cards. Using wrong io-address may crash your system!

Hi Rakki,

Instead of using IO.bat to get that information, have a look at the resources assigned to the Catweasel card using the Device Manager. Look for the Catweasel under Floppy disk controllers, double-click on it and open the Resources tab. This can also tell you if the device is working properly.

Thanks. Under floppy disk controllers I have only standard floppy disk controller. Only Invidual Computer Devices contains Catweasel controller PCI that has I/O A000. A1200 configuration has now catweasel configuration line in the end of file but I don't know how to use Catweasel on WinUAE? Below are some files as attachment that might help to understand my configuration.

Code:
catweasel_io=0xA000
Catweasel configuration with cw_config.exe (shipped with driver cd)
Code:
C:\Program Files\Catweasel>cw_config.exe
found 1 config devices:

 dual ported memory: No
 Joystick Support: Joystick Mouse
 Keyboard Support: Amiga
 Sid Support: Yes (0x400 bytes FIFO)

found 1 drives:

found 0 SIDs:
found 0 Keyboards:
found 2 Joystick Ports:

C:\Program Files\Catweasel>
Imagetool 3.2 reads disks without problems but I wonder what is ideal RPM for writing amiga disks?

Catweasel ZorroII emulation works automatically in WinUAE (check Catweasel checkbox in Misc panel, CW is detected if you can tick/untick it).

There is no direct DFx: support (and probably never will be, no firmware support)

Ok, thanks. Yes I can tick / untick it so it works. Just wondering how to use it with Amiga software if there are no direct DFx support? Where I can find examples or further reading?
