'Raster Time' with winuae?

Back in the day when developing on real hardware I would very often change color00 to a bright color after vblank and reset it to black after my main loop had finished, to give a visual indication of how much time I had left before the next vblank. Can this be done with any kind of accuracy with winuae?

Yes, sure. Toni might correct me, but AFAIK newer UAE versions are precise enough to show the same raster time as a real Amiga.

Older versions (I was using E-UAE 0.8.27 under MorphOS) tend to show less raster time than real hardware.

A500 cycle-exact mode only. It is a bug if timing isn't exactly same.

All other modes are not accurate. A1200 "cycle-exact" has accurate chipset emulation but CPU cycle usage is not accurate, there is not enough information available about 68020 CPU internal details. (No, cycle usage tables in documentation are not useful enough)
