Force a WHDLoad game to launch with NTSC checked by default?

Hi, I have a handful of WHDload games that I'd like to launch with NTSC checked by default. In FS-UAE I can manually check the box and launch and it's working fine, but can't seem to find how to just add that one tick mark on the box and save the entry in FS-UAE so it launches that way by default (clicking on another game in the list and clicking back on it, the tickbox is removed)

Sorry for what is likely a simple answer but having issues finding the solution, appreciate any input.

Thank you - for adding NTSC in the .info file, are there any methods to do so using Windows to edit an .info to add it? Or only through something like WinUAE with a mapped drive etc / or real Amiga? I've got the Bloodwych’s P96 ClassicWB running and am able to access the WHDload archive for one of the games. Can you share the steps for changing this?

Also for the whdload command line, any tips on doing this? My end use for launching the games will be through FS-UAE running in Windows 10. Currently just have the games loaded in through FS-UAE and double clicking them to launch (or also launching through Launchbox / Bigbox)
