Strange problem when loading configurations without the UI

Hi all.

I've been having this weird problem twice now.
For some reason I can't start a floppy disk based game by autostarting it with a commandline (not using the UI). The strange thing is that it worked before but now all of a sudden it doesn't.

As soon as the disk is about to get accessed all the floppy leds gets lit and then the whole thing reboots in a constant loop. But when I start the same config file through the WinUAE UI the thing loads flawlessly.

I also tried to start a HDD based game where no floppy drive is activated and that one starts like a charm.

I've desperately tried to find out what is going on but I've run out of ideas so if someone here has a clue or any suggestions at all I would be greatful.

Enable logging and compare log file differences. (misc panel or -log command line parameter)

I had the log on and there are some strange inputs that doesn't tell me anything but might do to you

These shows up:

Include full logs (you can cut the end after those cia_wput lines, they aren't important)

First two lines are familiar but can't remember why.. Also your configuration is a bit strange, "slow ram" and z3 fast enabled at the same time.

The config doesn't include both slow ram and z3, at least it shouldn't.

This is the problem. Something enables some UAE expansion device(s).

Next check winuaebootlog.txt's last few lines to confirm which config file(s) are actually loaded.

Once again, thank you for all your help.
For me it seems like it is loading two configs, but I might be wrong:

Max Z3FastRAM 2048M. Total physical RAM 8169M

Eureka! It works!
I was looking around myself and saw that the slider for the 32 bit chip memory was set to 64MB although the slider was "greyed out". I have probably changed that when configuring a previous setup which was then used as a template when doing this one.
But for me it seems a bit strange that a option that is "greyed out" can still impact the configuration.
Oh well, I have learned something and maybe (and hopefully) you too.

I simply forgot to add check that disables "32bit chip" if CPU is 68EC020 or older.
