Entity
No, not that Entity. This is an altogether different game.
This one was reviewed in the PD section of Amiga Format (issue 45, April 1993), and looks as though it was only available from the author (though I'm not completely sure on that one). It looks like a shoot-em-up of some sort, though a very unusual one, controlled with the mouse - it looks incredibly basic but is apparently a very different game to play. I'm not holding out much hope here I must admit (I'd be surprised if anyone recognised what I'm talking about given that it featured once in a magazine over 15 years ago), but perhaps someone has a copy they'd like to upload...? |

Entity
Hi,
I remember a game named Entity, in fact it was a kind of preview, it was shown on a french magazine (Generation 4 I think, but it might be Joystick). The game looked like SOTB, it was developed by IIRC Marten Pedersen (Hybris, Battle Squadron). AFAIK, it was never released Regards Kamel |

I've put a file called Entity v1.1 (PD).rar in The Zone! for you which contains:
... Entity v1.1 (19xx)(CMS Software)(PD).zip ... Entity v1.1 (19xx)(CMS Software)(PD)[a2].zip ... Entity v1.1 (19xx)(CMS Software)(PD)[a].zip Haven't tested them myself though, hope it's what you are after |

Bingo! That's exactly it... thought that would take a bit more finding than that - trust Damien to come up with the goods
Thank you very much! It's a pretty neat little game (not much shooting going on though) - seems to require AGA (or at least Kickstart 3) which is a bit odd given how basic it is. It crashes on other configs. But still - I like it |

Available on The Game Archives website and probably on PlanetEmu too (for future reference).
@Graham Gonna review the game in the next AF issue, perhaps?! If you are, I hope it's better than the dross you last reviewed Last edited by DrBong; 13 June 2008 at 21:09. |

Actually I wasn't intending to review it (though who knows, that may end up happening) but it's certainly a damn sight better than quite a bit of stuff that I've reviewed over the last couple of years or so
