Me like!
Curiosity: Is the Amiga keyboard working with your Mini-ITX board? That's the part of these case-mods I really hate doing... |

Thank you!!!
Yes.. it is, i used keyrah i will post some pictures later if you like.. keyrah was annoying as everything inside was as tight as the rearend of a duck.. But you just put an A1200 keyboard straight into it and connect it up by USB.. a few things needed the Dremel to them but that wasnt to difficult.. |

One day, I'll do the same with my dead A500 hull, it looks very nice!
The Cd Tray opening with the side expansion blend would have been a nice bonus, but I guess, that didn't fit in the inside... Does it have a floppy drive on the right side? More useful but less cool would be a card reader... |

Well im going to modify how the tray looks so it atleast is the right colour and fits more snugly to the case..unfortunatly it wouldn fit in the expansion slot with a keyboard there..
I'v already planned a card reader to go where the drive bay was but its not going to be that easy fitting it in, even though the board i have is very small.. however one feature I like is that the old floppy drive button is now used as the power button. hopefully im going to be recrafting some of the plastic and blending it in so it dosnt look too odd.. Hopefully when its finished it will be shweeet lol.. |

How did you get the fancy workbench 1.3 screen on the XP splash screen? Is it some form of freeware?
I'm afraid you have commited a sort-of-cool-criminal-offence (no, it's not a smooth criminal) so I'm afraid we'll have to execute you by way of a toaster. |

I am liking what I am seeing!!!
now how about you play with X-Amiga and Amithalon (if you need sources hit me up on PM) also, for a little more grunt under the hood (and keep it small) lets talk SBC (single Board Computers) there two form factors that would interest this type of hackery 1. PICMG form factor 2. Half ISA / Golden Finger they range upto 2x Dual Core chips if you have the cash and will have more poke than a stoke on speed! Prices are a little random, but heres some you might want to consider if you do another project £27 Arcom SBC (inc PSU and postage) would fit internal A500/1200 £58 LGA 775 Intel® Core 2 Quad PICMG factor
of course you will need some juice for this type of jig - atleast 300 watts (possibly two or more 200watt PSW's in Parallel should do it running from a 25v 15amp plug pack) yeah... expensive... but what a machine =D |
