Currently the best web browser for A1200 030@50/128MB/OS3.1?

I understood that IBrowse isn't available at the moment? What would be my best bet for occasional (graphical) surfing?

Elinks would be coool also, should it be available for Amiga OS 3.1?

With your setup:

With graphics card:
Origin Web Browser 68k version
NetSurf 68k version

Without graphics card:
Ibrowse (It is worth buying a secondhand key as it is faster than Aweb)
Aweb (it is free!)

Thats it!

PS: We have no Elinks port on the Amiga.

I uploaded OWB 1.6 68k to The Zone for you to play with. Remember it requires a GFX card!

Does the latest AWeb APL Lite for 68000 (found on Aminet) support codesets.library? Any other OS 3.x browsers that do?

Graffiti wont work, you will probably need to towerise, unless you are good at hardware hacking!

Choices for you:

mediator pci busboard + pc gfx card
zorro busboard + gfx card
Blizzard PPC + BlizzardVision (Extremely over priced)

Ok, thanks for the info

I don't think I'll be upgrading my Miggy with a "real" graphics board just for browsing. I'll stick to some more simple solutions. Ftp works anway, so I probably use somethig like Lynx. I'm really *no* good at hardware hacking
