Chrome - How to start the game?

Heya guys,

A long time ago I made a standalone .ADF for Chrome.

Tested it today in WinUAE v4.3.0, it gets to the title screen but I can't proceed:

Tried pressing the joystick button, the mouse buttons and every key...

Now I know I've played the game before as I took screenshots for my collection.

I also tried the coverdisk where I took the game from and same thing: http://amr.abime.net/issue_594_coverdisks

Is this a recent WinUAE bug or?

Pressing the mouse button and then joystick fire works fine for me with the latest beta. Tried a CU compilation disc from Gamebase Amiga and the WHDLoad version.

Weird, I'm also using the latest WinUAE beta and I'd been tested with the magazine coverdisk also (which is what Belgo uses in GameBase Amiga).

It now works just by pressing the <Left Mouse Button>.

Funny thing is my standalone disk isn't... it's using the same file, and previously worked.

Edit: and now my standalone disk is mysteriously working... tried 5 times previously and it wasn't

Edit2: and now it's not working again, what the???

Disk attached, can you try this please Retro?

Ok, I've figured out the issue

Basically it seem that this game is like some of those image viewer applications i.e. if the mouse is in the top left of the screen, clicking the left mouse button to continue won't work; you need to move the mouse out a bit. They must have used the same code in the game to display the title image.

With my Chrome disk I wasn't touching the mouse at all, Chrome loads and must disable mouse input so it's like it's stuck in the left the top left of the screen and clicking does nothing...

So, if I move the mouse away from the top left of the screen before Chrome has loaded then all good
