Amiga Games Database

This website is, unlike most sites I've encountered, _not_ a bloated corpse.

I think it might be dead, but I love that it's just plain HTML, zero fluff.

People should make more websites like this... here's the link:

The site is alive and kicking - I wrote a recent review of Infestation for it.

You can see my other reviews here:

Yup, good old AGDB... I wrote some reviews there as well.
How is Angus these days, Cody? I remember he always got irritated whenever I accidentally called him "Agnus" back in the newsgroups era. Honest mistake, considering he had an Amiga related site!

Well, he didn't get that irritated, but he thought you might as well get it right.

And now that I'm here I seem to remember you assuring me you'd send in a further review to justify your profiled reviewer page. :-)

Thank you for those kind words - its not pretty, but hopefully people still enjoy all the work that people like Cody, Alkis, Seppo, Joachim, Chris, Dennis etc etc have put into it. :-)

I'm still keen to add reviews. I'm personally quite keen on the weird and wonderful games like Debut, Shuttle (well, minority appeal anyway) and I hope to produce a review myself of Gravity soon.

Be nice to read somebody else's review of Carrier Command too. :-)

Oh my God Angus, what's up? How many years has it been?
I knew that review I never wrote would return to haunt me one day!

I know that you already have two reviews of Kick Off 2, but it's a shame that none of them is from a member of the KOA. Would you care for a really long one that gives the greatest game ever created the justice it deserves?

Hi :-)

Certainly, the policy is up to three reviews of a game, so if we only have 2... And I think its fine if you're completely crazy about the game - its still a valid viewpoint, its just your viewpoint. Same as all the other reviews are the viewpoints of those particular reviewers.

Excellent. I must admit it has been quiet recently with just occasional submissions like Richard Harrison's Player Manager and Cody's legendary Infestation review. :-)

Fingers in crossed mode.

Cool, give me a few weeks and I'll come up with something hopefully

I did a review of Ultra Violent Worlds for RGCD if anyone's interested
