Lagless VS broken on Intel HD 3000 since 4.3.0

Lagless VS is broken on my computer since 4.3.0.

Now I have installed 4.4.0 and I can see in the log various lines very similar like ...

... when I start any configuration with Lagless VS and DX9. The problems are extreme slowdown and high cpu usage (700-800%).

Version 4.2.1 works perfectly but doesn't have the new features.

Can it be fixed without a big rework of WinUAE 4.5.0?

Does same happen in D3D11 mode?

EDIT: does it also happen if you set 60Hz mode?
