Anyone recognize or have this cassette tape rack for sale?
I'm trying to track down a curved, gray cassette tape holder that I used to own. I've done a little sketch of how I remember it.
The colored bands represent the tapes in position The top most tape spines would be facing horizontally, whilst the lower spines would face more vertically, due to the arrangement of the curved stacking design. My memory may be off in places, but hopefully you get the gist. Thanks in advance! Edit: Image of black version found. Looking for gray. Last edited by Starglider 2; 02 March 2015 at 18:46. |

I don't think it was for vehicles. I had it on my desk. It's a standard tabletop rack as far as I know.
Thanks, I'll research the Fisher angle ;-) |

Looks like a nice design, I'm sure I've either had that design or a friend had...
Here are a couple of old argos catalogues to browse through 1976 https://www.flickr.com/photos/383018...7619071382653/ 1985 https://www.flickr.com/photos/383018...7619206330728/ Maybe you could be lucky! |

Woah now THAT'S nostalgic! Sadly it's not there, but I had fun looking. Can't believe my Lego Starship Explorer was only £19!

Many more catalogues at http://retromash.com/argos/ I've also looked through 6 years. Great fun but I can confirm the storage rack wasn't sold by Argos.

I believe it's actually the gray version of this, and I'm still looking:
