Perhaps it is "better" but it surely isn't modern, at least technology behind it. It uses ancient Windows dialog resources but resize does make it look better because those kinds of dialogs don't normally support resize at all. Dialogs are still more or less exactly same as in very first Brian King's WinUAE versions with GUI.. Years ago "panel" GUI update didn't really change anything under the hood. Again, same technology, "panel" change only made it look modern
