Super Skweek (Loriciel)
There doesn't appear to be a slave for this game or a notified work in progress of one.

There are a thousand other games which don't appear to have a slave or a notified work in progress of one either. Are you asking nicely for someone to write an install for this one, then? :P

Psygore started work on a Super Skweek patch 2-3 years ago. I think he got about 10-20% of the way through and for whatever reason (presumably difficulties encountered) stopped work on it altogether. I'm sure he still has disk images and the unfinished patch if one of the other patchers wants to take up the task. It's also been preserved by SPS.
Would be nice to see the Super Skweek patch finished because it is quite a nice puzzle game as were the other two Skweek games, which have already been patched. @Psygore If you're reading, whatever happened with patching this game? |

and when you read the first post it seems that now people request a slave for a game just because it doesn't exist... not for playing it on hd. |

I know it's not a big help but i can do the icon to let you concentrate on the patch itself if you want.
Skweek was quite fun, i think i never play to Super Skweek in fact. UPDATE : icon done. Last edited by Frog; 15 August 2006 at 16:39. |

Was going to start a new thread on this until I saw this one...
I'm a bit of a fan of Skweek so was wondering if anybody would now be interested in doing a slave for Super Skweek - quite surprised it hasn't been done yet actually but at least one person here would greatly appreciate it |

Personally, I think Skweek has enough levels to please the casual Skweek fan. I would agree with Psy. that this isn't really necessary or urgent.
Ah, I see Denis has a French version, I might change my mind then . |

Huh? It's a sequel, it's a different game (albeit not a massive leap over the original but that isn't the point). I never said it was necessary or urgent, I said I would like it if someone would be kind enough to install it.
If we're going by that logic surely no sequel would ever get an install, ever? Or even Special Editions like Assassin or Project-X? |

If Psygore can't/want to do this slave due to lack of time I can have a look after Breakpoint.

...and after The Clue !, Ultimate Pinball Quest, Voyages of Discovery
Just joking, it's very nice of you to pick up requests so quickly . I'd be tempted to say it's a refreshing change. Last edited by NewDeli; 08 April 2009 at 20:08. |
