SWOS 20/21 - AMIGA HDF & whdload

Hey guys,

just pulled the trigger and released SWOS 20/21, HDF and whdload:
https://www.sensiblesoccer.de/swos-2020

Big thanks to my fellow team updaters who have worked so hard to make it happen...

Special thanks to ztronzo of AmigaLive!

Of course, our main game release is the windows version with all of its extensions and new features. Still, the Amiga NEVER DIES...

Stay Sensible!

PS: Might have a shot to get on two floppies (adfs) next week!

Ten years ago I competed in Sensible Soccer tournament on Amiga.
I even scored a goal against one of the top players. He got mad and scored around 10 goals in a row to me.
I placed second to last, which was kinda of achievement, since I didn't play the game for more than 15 years.

I love it. Make it so there's no crowd sounds either and you've got a winner

Thanks Playaveli, I thought you would have also updated the "title screen" and "pitch advertising boards" to show 2021.

Whdload version still suffers from massive slowdown when in the goalmouth unfortunately. All the previous versions have the same issue.

Yes, that happens on my A1200 with 68060 cpu but not on my A1200 with Vampire V1200.

I'm facing a different issue, though. With the latest SWOS version, usually after a friendly match but sometimes just as soon as I get to the menu, my joystick is stuck in some directions, UP or RIGHT and I have to restart the game in order to solve this issue.
My joystick and my Port 2 don't have any problems, I checked the joystick with a few joy testers and, above all, I never had a similar issue with other games.
The previous version works well and, in fact, in order to use the new players I simply replaced the old "data" folder with the new one.
Is it just me or anyone else experienced the same "bug"?

I'm having this problem too in WinUAE, it's like there's a mouse connected to port 2 and you have no movement control in the main menu.

I'm tried the native install and had this issue too in WinUAE.

I had the mouse in port 1 and joystick in port 2. If I also change port 1 to another joystick then all is ok.

Good to know I'm not the only one with that issue.
Real Amiga, here, the one with the Vampire V1200. I haven't tried to unplug the mouse or to plug a joystick in port 1, though. As soon as I have a moment I'll see if doing that the issue disappears.

I get to the menu on my A1200 but I have to unplug the mouse or the joystick behave strange. After I removed the mouse I got a whd-load crash so the game quit.
