Problem with Alien Breed SE: key delay

Hi, I have a little problem playng Alien Breed SE on my AmigaCD32.

Alien Breed SE and Alien Breed II has a keybord delay: I mean if i press P the games sometimes doesn't go in pause and when I press Space, near an Intex, the game doesn't go in the terminal at the first time.

You can say "change the keybord": no the problem is not the keyboard, with the other games goes fine. I cheked also using "input" under folder "prefs" and I see that the input is received correctly.

Somene can say me what's the problem?

I'm using a CD32 with SX-32 and workbench 3.1. I play the game using WHDLoad but if I use my original (nocrak) copy the problem remains...
