Overclocking chipset?!

I stumbled on this topic on googlegroups from '98
https://groups.google.com/g/comp.sys.../c/PYixqghlhog

Does this sound plausible to you?

I believe from asking this question on Chris Edwards YouTube channel you can use a 38mhz Crystal but don’t quote me on that Mang!

But I would seriously consider heat sinking all the chips, especially the Alice chip as that one already heats up with standard clock.

OCS will run with 30..32MHz crystal - for more flexibility you may wish to use some modern clock generator like those based on Sil5351 https://www.amazon.com/si5351/s?k=si5351 probably best under control of some small uC board (and some resident Amiga software) so frequency can be set and in case of problem restored to last good value.
Looks like nice product idea.
