Don't know about all in a single file, but you can get the WHDLoad games on the EAB ftp server as well.
You can download full packs which is similar to what you asked, you can get them here: http://kg.whdownload.com/kgwhd/

Agreed. It doesn't even have a favicon which is very unusual these days.

I agree. No pressure on Magix or anything, I'm deeply thankful for the site as is, but it would be nice. There are quite a few games that could be added and updated.
