SFC/SNES Controller is perfect for CD32
I just modded my SFC joypad. So, it can use for CD32. Keys mapping are same as cd32. It is very nice.

Have you used a special chip for conversion ? |

Yeah, looks like someone made a PIC converter chip or something similar, and then ground the part numbers off the chip out of paranoia. The same conversion can be done with two off-the-shelf logic chips - after all, that's all that's inside the CD32.

Original have two TTL chips and with some resistors and capacitors. If I follow it to modify my SFC joypad, then it is trouble. So, I make a chip combine two TTL chips. And my chip no need any resistors and capacitors. The component inside SFC joypad is enough. Just don't remove any component from it.

So I think I've figured out the chip used. Now I need some advice on programming it and what I need to get this going.
I hope to make this competent free.. Anyone able to point me in the right direction (so understand how the controllers work, down to writing the program for the pld |
