Suggestion for a game that I would buy

Something I have been waiting to see for years and it just never happened...

A game where you get thrown in a Junky little space ship into the far reaches of another galaxy far far away 2D top down perspective shooter but with a research tree for alien tech that you find in destroyed ships along the way or get through trade of scrap with inhabitants of planets ( some of whom won't be that friendly or interested in trading with you ).

You start of with just a hand gun and 200 bullets, you have to salvage scrap to re-ammo, trade and it takes time to research as you go.. some stuff you research will be completely useless ( to you ) but may be handy in trade or just plain trash ( which of course you can then scrap )

You develop your ship as you go along and adding things to it takes.... more scrap. You have to decide what to do when to do it and how in order to survive and get home..

The universe should be huge and you should start off always at the outer fringes with your home world way in the middle.

Character should be customizable for high survival, hi intelegence etc etc so you can choose your own path but ultimately you are going to end up searching through ruined tech, salvaging, researching, trading and fighting...

Who can do it?

I can do it.

I just need an initial investment of 15,000 euros. With this, I can easily finance the production of the game, and I asure you I could deliver a top Amiga game within these settings with both good gameplay and a good amount of content and a world big enough to make the game last a fair amount of hours. Also it would run on any ECS system with 1mb Ram.
