Maybe they werent used because they were too small / low res?
http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=12910 I'll scan biggerones if necessary. Enchanted Lands was scanned higher res for Exotica, but it has been altered in colour (gamma) so that it looks nothing like the original |

Oh yeah - I remember now. They are a bit small. Could you scan the front and the backs at a high res? I will resize them to 640x*.
Thanks! |

Has this list been updated so that people are not duplicating the same scans?

http://hol.abime.net/search.php?N_nb_boxscan=no always gives a full up-to-date list of hol entries without a boxscan

It does give instructions on the HOL FAQ
"Box, disk and miscellaneous scans These should be scanned at 300 dpi and saved as JPEGs with compression of about 15%. The HOL team will straighten, crop and resize box scans to 640x* before uploading to the database. Some contributors do this before sending scans. The front and back of boxes should be scanned but not the sides. Floppy disk and CD-ROM scans are stored at a size of 320x*. If a game comes on multiple disks only one is usually required unless other disks show useful information. The types of items in the miscellaneous section varies but these can be manuals, posters, maps, registration cards, stickers, tapes or anything else included in a game box." Full Contributions FAQ to be found here |
