Please note the line limit in the rules. Unlike most Tetris games, there's an ending to this as you create pictures when you clear lines, and later pics need four lines of blocks cleared at once to reveal one line of the picture. This obviously means it can go on forever, so to prevent the problems of the last time we played it, we've put a cap on the number of lines you can make before having to finish. It's still a lot though so plenty of scope for healthy competition. I hope.

Even with 500 lines, it might still be possible to milk as soon as more than 2 line are required to make up the picture, so I hope players will try to aim for the 500 lines.

First effort. Got this score yesterday but had broadband problems so couldn't post until now. Not sure it was worth the wait. Also, I've found it very hard to get a decent photo of this one for some reason.

371,775 Due to the [$]-blocks this is more slot-machine than Tetris. |

Marginal improvement:
[ Show youtube player ] 396,900 Had 305k at 326 lines. Then came a long dollar-drought. 500k is a realistic goal I guess. |

Great scores john4p!
I played a bit with this, my best score so far is about 163,000 (obtained with 410 lines) but I haven't uploaded the picture since I think that I will improve it this weekend. Unfortunately, as you said, it's a bit a slot-machine game. I was able to complete even 603 lines obtaining a lower score due to the fact that I "missed" almost all the $ squares and, without those, the score increases very slowly... |

Thanks liviux. You really must keep two columns open whenever you can to be prepared for the $-blocks. Then you can cash in big time.

The game is nice, unfortunately you need some luck in order to get a good score... I'll see if I will be luckier next time... |

I played until 806 lines... more than 440,000 points... john4p did a great score with less than 500 lines! |

Playing well isn't enough, you really need to get lucky with the Dollar-blocks.
