pink^abyss, next rainy Sunday afternoons could you...

Mod note: Some posts moved from the Tiny Bobble thread to their own dedicated request thread.
*************************************************************************

Pink, so in a relatively short space this year you've created 3 x oustanding games for your "Tiny" series:

... Tiny Invaders
... Tiny Galaga
... Tiny Bobble

Amazing work indeed!!!

The question on everyone's mind is: What's next?

mcgeezer created this thread after finishing Rygar: Legendary Warrior.

Shinobi won, but for some reason Graeme won't do this

The arcade version of Shinobi is one of the best games ever!!!

The Amiga port is an absolute abomination

Maybe you're up for the challange of creating a "Tiny Shinobi"

How about Robocop next? Amiga version was shocking compared to the arcade.

Too soon to ask and maybe off topic, but since mentioned, I personally would love for a proper version of any of the following:
Double Dragon (someone already started on this)
Final Fight (this one was never completed unfortunately)
Snow Bros. (Including a 2 player mode)
NBA Jam (never ported to Amiga) even with just 2 teams

I agree with DD.

Tiny Shinobi would be amazing to experience..

Also...

Tiny Robocop
Tiny Outrun
Tiny Pacman

may be cool to see on the Amiga.

There are 4 classic games that I would like to see in arcade perfect versions on Amiga.
QBert, Outrun, Gauntlet and Scramble.

QBert has a good clone already: QBic
Outrun is almost arcade perfect but you need a Vampire...
Gauntlet isn't that bad (has been ported from Atari ST)
Scramble.... damn! we don't have Scramble. That would be great

Anyway, don't put too much pressure on our devs, they do whatever they want. There are too many projects anyway

jotd: No, I don't like to make pressure on anyone
C-64 have a very good Scramble version but it is a tad to easy compared to the arcade.
Thank you for the other suggestions. Gauntlet ST version I have to try out. Looks good!
It must be possible to do Outrun without Vampire hardware. It is just a bad coding right?

Raimais is another single screen game with simple mechanic still from Taito, would love to see it ported - but on the japanese story mode version, not the western cut down one - well, ok, even the western one is definitely ok ^^

No chance, the Out Run arcade cab is much more powerful than an A500, this was a state of the art arcade game costing thousands and has multi processors.

Amigajay: Yes, A500 I understand is to weak. C-64 have a quite nice version but for sure is not close to the arcade. A1200/030 should be enough, right?

original outrun arcade had hardware zooming features. That's the toughest challenge.

That enhanced ST version that was floating around looks quite fine, though...

Looks better sure, but is still a million miles away, its like putting the CPC version of Bubble Bobble on the Amiga and saying it looks quite fine

Robocop would indeed be very interesting to see, the Amiga original is a shambles.

Same with Outrun, really. Don't care that it wouldn't be Arcade perfect, that was never really the point of the people wanting a remake. The point is that the original version is a terrible game and a much better version is surely possible on OCS. Would be interesting to see how good it could get.

Besides, these kind of games can be quite fun even with slightly less flashy graphics
