Searching magazine tips?
Back in the day, I remember there being many tips for Amiga games, including Action Replay codes, printed in magazines like Amiga format & CU Amiga.
I seem to remember a list of spells for the game "Dragons Breath" which had quite an annoying and detailed magic system, but I cant remember the magazine let alone the issue. So... 1. Does anyone know which magazine this is in? 2. Is there a database of tips anywhere? (might be a good suggestion for some future update) Just an idea

If you put the game's name in the search engine on AMR you should be able to find cheats for games as well as reviews and stuff - I put a search in and there are a couple of cheats/tips listed here, not sure if this is exactly what you're after though.

Come to think of it though, an advanced search option (i.e. like only search for cheats, reviews etc, and whether the search results have page scans or not) would be a good idea, perhaps.

At my site there is an indexed list of all ZZAP! tips (both arcade and adventure, C64 and Amiga), and the same for ACAR.
If Galaxy wants to integrate these lists into AMR somehow, he is welcome to do so. |
