FS-UAE Linux installation from builds from fs-uae.net also need icon for desktop

Hi.

I've managed to install fs-uae and fs-uae-launcer to my /opt/ folder by following the Install Firefox from Mozilla Builds and replacing Firefox with fs-uae. Is it possible you could add instructions like that to the Linux section of your website as I'm not a UNIX/Linux guru and maybe other people could be newbies as well.

Also do you have a link to an icon that I can use for my desktop file?

Hi, and thanks for your question.
Could you provide a little more info? Which OS are you using? Linux is such a diverse platform such as Ubuntu / MINT / Debian / CentOS etc. it would help to know where you are starting from.

I've opted to install from fs-uae.net instead of using:

sudo apt install fs-uae

Did / could you try following the ubuntu install like this:

sudo apt update

sudo apt install fs-uae fs-uae-launcher fs-uae-arcade

I've already installed the .tar file by extracting it and copying them to /opt/fs-uae* then adding links the binaries to /usr/local/bin/.

Thanks wiisoldier, I'll add the gpg files and sources to the apt list.
