basic bog standard gotek

I have a basic big standard gotek drive attached to my A1200 as DF2. Excellent however, all i have is a numeric display (ADF slot number ) and two micro buttons up and down.

I have seen these fancy Dial and OLEd display ones that actually display the filename rather than a slot number.

Is there an upgrade - ie new case and jewellery than can attach to the guts and upgrade mine?

I modified the original case so that the OLED display would fit... not sure if that's an acceptable answer.

Having said that, it wouldn't surprise me if there was some printable 3D model floating around that can be downloaded for free (haven't checked myself)

I modified the original too but I don't remember it being hard and there was no soldering, just some dupont leads (think I used the original leads from the LCD number display).

There's plenty of guides out there.

As for a dial? No idea.

BTW those OLEDs don't last forever. I replaced my old one because it was barely readable. Luckily I got a 10 pack from China for cheap.
