Notification of new messages in Social Groups

Just going through the social groups earlier, I noticed a couple of messages that have been there for a couple of days but I missed as sometimes it's easy to forget about checking the groups. Maybe I'm being a bit thick but is there a way of receiving email notifications (similar to when you get new PMs) from specific groups you're most interested in so you know when there is a new message etc? Some of them tend to be quiet most of the time so I tend to stop checking them after a while.

If there isn't then I think an option to do so would come in handy.

Yep! I second that too. Must be a real headache if you are a member of loads of social groups 'n' checking them all took all your time up on EAB.

Having a email notification is a great idea

That's even better, that way you don't get bunged up with huge quantities of unread social group message notification emails, phew!

I like the unread messages option too, I'd like to see both of these implemented but it's up to RCK if he wants to and, indeed, if it's possible.
