2 problems with CD32 SX-1

Problem #1:

I have an NTSC CD32 with the SX-1 addon, with 8megs of ram installed. The manual states that it supports 8megs of RAM, however when Workbench comes up, it only shows 4megs of RAM.

Problem #2:

After installing AmigaOS 3.9, everything seems to run ok, except when I try to copy files from the CD to any other volume using drag'n'drop, I get a "packet type unknown" error. This does not happen with Workbench 3.1.

Any help one this would be greatly appreciated!
