ACA500 and XSurf 500 Pin headers

I was wondering if anyone knows what the different pin headers are for. In the Xsurf 500 manual there there is a 3 pin header that is labeled PME header. Is this a header to attach LEDs for ethernet link lights? As for the ACA 500 on the underside of the board there is a 4 pin header. Is that for the compact flash activity LEDS? I can't seem to find any documentation regarding these headers.

Thanks
