From his most recent email. " Do either of you know if it possible to make Amiga disk images using a Linux or MAC OS? I could buy a cheap floppy drive for $30 and try making the images from there."
Anyone have the best idea how to get round that?

[Adfread 1.1] Read Amiga formatted floppies using “2-drive trick” on Windows 2000 or later. NOTE: Requires mainboard that supports 2 floppy drives, feature that hasn’t existed for over 10 years. https://www.winuae.net/download/ Other solutions need hardware ..

Got an update not the best.. and a request from you knowledgable folks.
"It seems like I did all of the development on the A500 using a SupraDrive 500XP with a 20MB drive and memory expansion. I had to order an SVGA converter from some guy in Italy to get them working with the newer monitors but both of them power up fine (they were both stored in a cold Canadian house so maybe the temperature helped preserve the capacitors). .. My copies of Riamel have some corrupted sectors on them too so I have my work cut out for me. The hard drive (which has everything important on it) spins up but the access light never comes on so I suspect the SCSI controller on the SupraDrive has failed. It's possible the hard drive itself is OK (which would be awesome) and it's just a controller issue but that's going to take some work figuring out.
"
What are his options here? I can send him WB... thanks in advance..

The cheapest and quickest way would be for him to buy a cheap SCSI to USB type adaptor box that plugs into the hard drive, and connect to PC. He can then use Winuae to image the hard drive.

Would need to remove hard drive from case.

Got some news.
He managed to get his Supra working.. and found the sources.
To quote " I've been relearning how to compile and link my old assembly code (along with the old text editors) but I haven't got it working yet. I suspect it's a memory allocation or usage thing but debugging assembly code I wrote 30 years ago is not easy!"
So if it comes to it.. maybe someone could help him out? Galahad maybe?
Thanks

More news today.

He`s still having issues getting the compiled source to run but.....
His brother visited him with his A1000 and 10 copies of the game. Steve hasn`t had the time to do a lot recently with going back to work and life.
But he said he`s check out the copies and hopefully send me a copy of the game so I can GW them and make them available with the manual for the game.
