i want to make chipmusic on my amiga
hello everyone ! this is my first post here
! i have just got an amiga 1200 with all those original workbench 3.0 disks but without hd (but i think i dont even need one now) i want to use AHX and Protracker on it but problem is in that i dont know how to make and floppy with ahx on my pc maybe someone can help me ---- some good people on #amigascne helped me how to do 720k floppies with taped hole on XP - everything was nice until i put that 720k floppy with AHX in my amiga 1200 - it dont read it ;// they told that i should ask for help here!!! ps. sorry for my crappy english - hope you understand i really want to track on amiga

You should install a hd! very cheap, and what about the compact flash
solutions ? Check the forum and you will see... You need to run the device PCO:to read pc formatted floppies... It should be in the storage disk, devs/dosdrivers... Long time since running floppy only system hehe.. |

hmm i tryed as you said but when i insert floppy with tracker - it still shows DH0:???? on desktop ;o
please help + can i install wb on hdd usinng amiga emulator on pc and then i can simply put that hdd into amiga and it will work ? |

maybe you have workbench 3.1 ,which doesn't have the Crossdos filesystem.
can you checkj? |
