My copy worked with a simple "123456789"... Still, I uninstalled it when I found out how crappy its PostScript support is...

Why would you want to put yourself through the pain of word processing on an Amiga??

I had a specific wordworth document that I needed to open..... Also I was surprised to find WW is more responsive than FW |

Been using FW for ages - wrote my degree thesis on it. (If you want to know about channel electron multipliers, let me know)
It still does things that Word won't - indexing, contents, not being stupid about numbering ... And AREXX! Need I say more? |

I have tried it now.
Pros: + Slightly easier to place an imgage around a piece of text and make the text go around the imgage + Very fast startup & ending time compared to WordWorth Cons: - Somewhat more messy and difficult to find things than WordWorth Seems to be a great word processor. I have only just tested it for less than 5 minutes, but I already like what I see ![]() ![]() |
